Case Review 1-on-1 Session

You have a folder somewhere. Maybe a drawer or a shoebox. Lab results you do not fully understand. Evaluations full of words nobody explained. A family history you have never mapped out. A feeling that it all connects, but no idea how.

You have read the articles. You listened to the podcast. You know something is hiding under your child's diagnosis. But when you look at your own child's paperwork, you freeze. You do not know what matters, what to ask for next, or what to say at the next appointment.

You do not need more information. You need someone to look at it with you, connect the dots, and tell you what they see.

What to Expect

The Case Review Session is one focused, one-on-one session built around your child.

Before we meet, you send me what you already have. Lab results, evaluations, IEP documents, your child's history and timeline.

I bring twenty years of investigative and risk management experience to help you organize it all and understand it in plain language. Together we look for the gaps, the patterns, and the questions nobody has helped you ask. Then I help you build a clear plan for your next steps and your next appointment.

You leave with an organized picture of your child's information and a written list of questions and requests to bring to your child's doctor. A strategy in your hands.

This is not a diagnosis and it is not treatment. I am not a doctor. I will never tell you what is wrong with your child or what to give them. What I do is help you walk into your doctor's office informed, organized, and confident instead of overwhelmed and dismissed.

Who this is not for:

This is not medical care. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. I do not interpret your labs as a clinician would. I help you understand your own child's records well enough to ask better questions and advocate for the right testing with the qualified professionals on your child's team. If you are looking for someone to tell you what is medically wrong with your child, that is your doctor's role, not mine.

Let’s Make Things Easy

How it works:

Step one. You reach out using the form and tell me a little about your child and where you feel stuck.

Step two. We connect for a short conversation so I can understand your situation and you can decide if this feels right.

Step three. If it is a good fit, I will explain exactly what the review includes and what your investment would be, based on what your specific case needs.

Step four. You send me what you have, I do the work, and we meet to walk through your plan.

Investment:

Every family's situation is different, so I do not use a one-size-fits-all price. After we talk and I understand what your case needs, I will share the fee before you commit to anything. No pressure and no surprises.
